Option A
I was the senior developer and team lead on the web apps for discovery+ and Max, two large streaming products. Leading that work taught me project management at scale. Today I apply the same discipline to a different kind of team: many AI agents working in parallel.
Option B
Managing multiple AI agents turns out to be a project management problem, and I learned project management leading web app development for discovery+ and Max. Those jobs were not about AI. They were about shipping reliably with a team. The habits carried straight over: clear scope, small tasks, review before merge.
Option C
Senior developer and team lead, web apps for discovery+ and Max (web only, not the full multi-platform apps). Now building with fleets of AI agents, run with the same planning and review habits.

Clear scope One GitLab issue per task, labelled so agents know what is theirs.
Small tasks A day-by-day blueprint of numbered tickets, T-01 to T-14.

Objective

A tool that closes the AI coding context gap: connect a GitHub repository, agents document the codebase and ask clarifying questions about missing context, and the documentation connects to Copilot, Windsurf and Cursor. JavaScript and Python are supported.
